P2K Sports is hosting a custom sausage and salami making class for those that harvest or purchase their meat or vegetables and want to protect and enhance their families health.

During the 3-4 hour class, attendees will learn and watch complete demonstrations:

Selecting the proper equipment and supplies.

• Understanding sausage and salami design and development.
• Flavors, binders, spices, fillers, casings and all the building blocks to the perfect sausage or salami.
• Meat and ingredient selection and preparation and aging.
• Recipes (Vegetarian too!)
• Proper storage and cooking.
• The DIY benefits and fun of creating sausage and salami. 

Course fee is $69.00 per attendee. ($59 each for couple)
